BERKELEY, Calif. — Troubled waters lie ahead for ambitious sophomores Kent Fokus and Anita Studdy, whose now 82-hour-old fling began this past Sunday night.
“I hope he doesn’t get the wrong impression,” Studdy said Wednesday while rewatching a CS61B lecture from week 6 at 1.4 times speed. “He’s not a bad guy, I honestly like talking to him, I’m just way behind on lectures and having to go back to my apartment to brush my teeth every morning has been costing me crucial grind-time.”
“I know he’s stressed too,” Studdy continued. “We went to Yogurt Park yesterday and the whole time we were in line he was listening to a review session through one earbud. He obviously thought he could multitask, but at one point I asked him what his favorite color was and he responded with, ‘Yeah, I totally agree.’”
