BERKELEY, Calif.– Last Wednesday, “White Boy of the Month” award recipient and local drywall menace Xavier Kyle, 26, reportedly set a new record by landing a 1080-degree flip on his Tech Deck. To make the moment even more special, Kyle managed to do so by launching his miniature skateboard off the body of his 82-year-old grandmother, Harriet Jones, who was found unconscious after falling down a flight of stairs.
“I just want to thank everyone who has supported me throughout all of this–my mom, my cousin, my homeboys Crazy Taint and Mollywater Gooch,” he said, dabbing his eyes with the sleeves of his Hot Topic hoodie. “Especially, shoutout to grandma. I used her arm to launch my shit like, fucking 7 feet in the air, dude. The turn was so fucking tight. Love you, Grandma. You would’ve loved to see it,” Kyle added before unexpectedly leaving the interview to ask his mother when his pizza rolls would be ready.
Since then, Kyle has expressed his intent to tattoo his grandmother’s name on his neck to commemorate the moment, right next to the Monster Energy logo tattoo on his clavicle.
